Our Story

Welcome!

As you may have gathered, we are so excited you found us!

It seems an introduction is in order. My name is Leah; and though I have added a few candles since the birthday photo above (featured above left), I still have curly hair that pairs perfectly with a party hat and will always photograph best in birthday candlelight. Her name is Paige, a strawberry blonde, pink crayon candle enthusiast, who never removes her birthday crown (featured above right).  Collectively we are Party Napkins Co., a Minneapolis based company specializing in ready-made and custom cards, invitations, and stationary products.

The inspiration behind Party Napkins Co. traces back to my childhood home, where almost everything was a cause for celebration. My mother had a unique ability to turn ordinary days and occurrences into memorable and celebratory moments with the simple addition of a package of party napkins. Underlying everything she did was the belief that there was always something to celebrate, a belief she still holds to this day. She noticed, drew attention to, and celebrated the good in life. She found it in places no one would even think to look. Party Napkins Co. was born from this childhood.

We believe the reasons we celebrate and the occasions we commemorate should not be limited to the section headings in a card aisle. The more we look for reasons to celebrate, the more reasons to celebrate we find. However, the card aisle is a great place to start!
